Frequently asked questions

How early should I arrive

If this is your first visit with us please arrive ten to fifteen minutes earlier. This will provide time to complete the client consultation card.

But otherwise please make sure you are a few minutes early, otherwise it eats into your therapy time if you arrive late.

How can I make bookings

You can make bookings very easily by:
calling us on 939 0050 (please leave a message if we can't answer right away), or
by emailing us on newleaf@xtra.co.nz, or
using our 24/7 on line booking system.

What forms of payment do you accept

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and all debit cards, plus cash of course.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that we can re-book your time with someone else.

We will always endeavour to re-book the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charges apply:
• For cancellations or changes of bookings of 30 minutes or longer within 24 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies
• For package bookings a credit card number is required to secure your booking. A 50% cancellation applies if cancelled or changed within 48 hours.

Do you have a savings scheme

Yes, we operate the J Club. By joining the J club you are able to use the savings scheme, and also get invitations to regular events.
